I Like to Be Prepared
I just thought "CRAP! I haven't started my Christmas Lists yet!"
Sarah Smile says:
Hee.
Colleen says:
And then I remembered that it's March and Christmas is three months BEHIND me.
Sarah Smile says:
Yeah, Colsy. Sheesh. You've ONLY GOT, like NINE MORE MONTHS.
Colleen says:
Last year I waited until August to start them.
Sarah Smile says:
Slacker.
Hee.
Colleen says:
But technically speaking...I've been keeping lists on Amazon

My Pants Fit
- One thousand minutes a month (plus rollover) could be used to talk to fifty of your closest peeps for twenty minutes each.
- Every mailbox holds a destination for those postcards you've been holding onto.
- Why did you get a four-door if not to make room for other people?
- A lazy afternoon that you could have spent fingerpainting with the last bits of jelly from your pb&j sammich.
- Left over scraps of material would make a perfect stuffed mummy bear for Halloween.

It was like the Heimlich, with stripes!
Someone by the name of SARAH requested ideas for her, Coco and Lou this weekend.
- make teddy bears for kids/cousins/people going away
- play with Nick's digital camera and then put it back w/out telling him you took pictures so he can be surprised
- style Mau's hair
- do a hand print collage
- play in the pool
- drive to a local furniture store/mattress store and be testers
- go to a local bakery and try out what that store is famous for
- fun with glitter pens
- make three books and take turns writing in each others
- turn on the radio, start singing, then turn the radio off. see how far you can get before you forget the words
- go to the zoo, name the animals, carry on conversations with them about what's going on w/ other animals in the zoo - bring posters and markers.
Willow talks about all of the exciting things you can see at the zoo.

Amazing World of Amazon!
Every once in a while I like to see what products Amazon suggests I buy. Today I clicked on the Beauty section and was startled to find...the Breath Palette!
I want my breath to smell different every day. Monkey Banana, Sweet Salt, and Pumpkin Pudding sound wonderful! Or rose! LAVENDER! OH MY GOSH THEY HAVE LAVENDER!!! And for only $5.00 a tube too!
Amazon also wants me to sing because they are suggesting wonderful microphones and karaoke games for me to practise with at home.Labels: gift idea, the internet, wish list

Stuff
Because I am broke.
Because I, too, would like to be just like Jonny. Becasue, most importantly, I want to corrupt your interests with my own. I announce: Ads via Amazon.
Will I place these willy-nilly like in my posts? Uh...I'll try not to unless they are relevant.
Like 'Firefly' which should have been in my post about Serenity. Seriously, I need this series now, and I think you do too. At the very least to wonder what Joss's fascination for crazy chicks is.
This is the game that I am currently playing. When you play the Crusader campaigns, just watch out for lions in the field. Those little buggers truly can hide. You'll send farmers out and wonder why you aren't getting any food. Perhaps because some hungry lions are lying in wait for them. Huh. But, this is the game for those of us who dream of building castles. Playing with the terraform and making elaborate wall and stair systems is my favorite. I even managed to make a kind of colloseum.
So you can imagine how much I am panting over this little beauty. Yeah.... *Imagines more detailed castles, harder economic situations, stealthier troops* It's the Sims gone mideval, I swear!
The ultimate book for people eternally asking, Are We Alone? The one thing that I love about Shirley is her brutal honesty. If you ask me to give you my favorite book, then you would probably get this. Or...
This. For those on a spiritual quest. Ever since I read this book, I have been interested in walking labyrinths or finding a pilgrimage of my own to take. My respect for those that have taken the leap is great and deep.
So, I hope that I have corrupted you in some and look forward to corrupting you again.

Happity Hoppity
I can't wait to wear my new tights soon! I also picked up a pair of purple and black striped ones! Might need to find heels to go with them. And before you ask, of course they aren't just for Halloween! I'll wear them whenever I get a chance. Yes, yes, I am such a fashionista!
Who knows, maybe I should just go as my old favorite for Halloween and be a witch. And yes, I do mean in the old fashioned witch, the kind that Willow hates. It's just so fun! I already have the hat, culdron, and a really cute pink/braided wig. I have a black dress...but I might need something better. Maybe this red strappy top and a black skirt. What a color combination! We'll see!
I would like to thank Miss Emily for lending me four Lisa Loeb cd's! I promise to have them back to you soon! Wheeeeee!
Excellent! I have already received rsvp's for the Halloween shindig I'm throwing! The lovely Ms. Schlufferly and James. I'm getting pretty excited about it. ;)
The cold has come! I couldn't believe it when I walked out my door this morning just how cold it was! Didn't pay any attention to weather warnings, just walked straight out to my car, already freezing! Think it might be time to switch over to the leather jacket, or possibly my cute little red riding hood jacket. Now, if only I can find the red leather....
I've been working on cleaning the seashells from my trip to the ocean. They are currently soaking in a water and bleach concoction. I'm working on a shadowbox for my dad's birthday. All I need to do is finish enlarging the picture and attach the sea shells. I'm still debating whether or not to put some kind of a fabric behind it. Any suggestions?
