I *heart* Excel

Not that one. (But remember, it can only be wisely used for evil.) I started using Excel today to make lists for Christmas and Halloween. You don't think it would be worth it? Ha! I have at least four worksheets going in each - and that's just with information off of the top of my head. I have a ton of lists in different places, but discovered that Excel could really help me put them all together. Oh, and they have christmas accessories and hardware for computers. I'm just sayin'.

With streamers... and songs.

I've been pondering getting an MP3 player. Would it suit my lifestyle? Would I really get that much use out of it. I have a short commute and listen to online radio stations most of the time. I've heard some bad things about the iPod's battery life, so I checked out Creative Technology's Zen line. Me likey. Does anyone have an opinion? Ahem? Drusilla knows how to party.

Back to Google...

I think I might start using my Google account exclusively.... Yahoo and AOL will be charging for 'better' service:
The service will effectively mean that emailers that pay the fee will have their messages tagged as if they were "special delivery" emails. And those who pay will be more likely to see their messages get through to the intended recipient than those who choose the fee free option. The Yahoo and AOL fees, which would cost up to one US cent per email, are the latest attempts to weed out unsolicited ads, commonly called spam, and identity theft scams. The senders must promise to contact only people who have agreed to receive their messages, or risk being blocked entirely.

To The Little Sims...

To the Little Sims, I need to contrive a new method to abstract the pictures out of my Sims game. I loaded the game six times last night. The first four times I attempted to get the pictures. That's right attempted. The game would start the process of uploading the pictures to the website where I would d/l them from, and each time the game shut down after uploading two houses. YOUR SIMS CHARACTERS ARE WORKING AGAINST ME!!! I think that while the game is off, or while I'm playing a different house, they secretly plan what they could do to jeopardize their lives being published on The Manticore. Little do they realize that I have a plan. That's right little Ikey, everyone will know that you are one of the infamous papparazzi! And who cares that you are currently unemployed little Rezzie?! Don't you want everyone to see your fabulous house? Little VJ...your exploits with your friends will be even more naughty once they get published, don't you know that? Oh yes, revenge will be mine, and it shall be sweet. Tonight! ~Colleen ( To compulsive bloggers: read this. )

Follow Up

My van is now fine. Although the brake light does show for no real reason.... Plenty of brake. Won't be running over children any time soon. Which is good because school started yesterday. I made up my mind this morning to have a good day. It started with plans to stay at home this weekend. On top of that, I ate breakfast! Yeah toast. Actually...it wasn't toast, although it was toasted. Dang it! My neck hurts. Been lookin' at too many blogs today. I can tell that work has been slow.
