Buy a tai chi or martial arts video for home
Open windows and shades more
Go out to eat Friday (g and i will officially be together for two years, last year at that time we were at Seaworld. i got to see turtles, pet rays, dolphins, and killer whales.)
Go for a walk after work or during lunch
Put something outdoorsy on your desk
Take a chill pill
