observations ne1?

i have noticed that people in the country tend to be more techno. my friends & family that live in big cities (ny & chicago) tend to not use the internet or email. they are more cell phone prone. now, everyone i know that lives in the country practically depends on email and the internet (for games, info, communication, news, etc.), but people in the city tend to act confuse when you ask them if they are online. like they're living in the '90's. maybe it's just the crowd i run with.
