Fashion Over Beauty?

I watched Man of the House last night.
Rating: Hilarious!
One of the biggest themes in the movie was that young women do not wear enough clothing these days. I remember when wearing short skirts was risky, but now? I think all out nudity is the biggest risk.
Maybe girls are just spending their money on other things besides clothes....
